Information on Construction Contracts

Construction Industry Development Authority is taking necessary steps to publish construction project details with the aim of enhancing the knowledge on construction industry stakeholders supporting decision making. The task is empowered by the Clause 55(e) of the Construction Industry Development Act No 33 of 2014 and the gazette no 2016/48 dated 28.03.2019.
As such, it is a responsibility of CIDA to maintain the said Information Secretariat, and we are planning to establish an information secretariat soon to achieve the goals of the Act. The construction work completed by each qualified person, contractor and property developer should be published in the secretariat.
Accordingly, we kindly request all the contractors and qualified persons to send the details of construction projects completed within last 5 years (2019-2023).
