As per the section 53 of the Construction Industry Development Act, an Appeals Board shall be established for the purposes of the Act.
Any person, who is aggrieved by a decision of CIDA made under this Act, may appeal to the Appeals Board in the manner as shall be prescribed.
Therefore, any contractor whose registration was refused by CIDA could also make an appeal against such decision of CIDA to the Appeals Board.
